With the beginning of another year of the pandemic, it has become necessary to set your goals keeping all negative and positive aspects of life in mind. While it is important to figure out how to accomplish your goals, we should dedicate a part of our time to practise self-care. Do we maintain work-life balance? Do we set time aside for ourselves? Every one of us does it in our own way. It also feels good when we listen to other’s shared experiences or tips. It’s up to us to decide whether we will follow or just ignore them. - After your stressed work-from-home hours, have a walk around your neighbourhood. It not only burns your extra fat, but also helps you see what is around.
